CANCELLATION POLICY

NO CHILDREN POLICY For safety, sanitation, and insurance purposes, children are not permitted in the treatment room or waiting area during appointments. Please arrange childcare prior to your service. Clients who arrive with a child may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation policy. If you have reached out to me personally to ask if you may bring your child cause you have no childcare you must be okay with your child coming and sitting in the treatment room with us. They are not allowed to sit in the waiting area alone. They must remain at a talking voice level and must not be touching any of my the procuta I have in my wax room. SICK POLICY Please cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are sick or think you are sick for the safety of everyone. I have little ones at home so id much prefer you reschedule vs coming in and spreading germs and me taking them home to my babies. LATE POLICY 10 min late policy (keep in mind if you are going to be more then 10 mins late to your appt to message me as we may have to reschedule your appointment & will be marked as a no show resulting in a 50% no show fee if I dont hear from you. If I am unable to charge the card on file for the 30% you will be banned from booking with me until that payment is made) CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT Please confirm your appointments when reminders are sent out. If appts are not confirmed I will personally reach out once and try to get a confirmation. If the appt still is not confirmed and I have not recieved a response from you confirming or denying the appt, your appt will still remain and if you no show your appt you will be charged the 50% no show fee ( If I am unable to charge the card on file for the 50% you will be banned from booking with me until that payment is made) RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of 50%. NO SHOW FEE IS 100% of your scheduled service I request if you will need to be rescheduled or need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior so I can try to book another client in that time spot, please respect everyones time.
