CANCELLATION POLICY

🩷 LEATHER & LACE BEAUTY POLICIES 🩷 Please review all policies before booking your appointment. By booking and agreeing to these policies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below. CHILDREN POLICY For safety and sanitation purposes, please arrange childcare prior to your appointment whenever possible. I understand that sometimes childcare falls through. If you need to bring your child, you must contact me prior to your appointment and receive approval first. If approved, your child must remain inside the treatment room with us for the entire appointment. Children may not be left unattended in the waiting area. Children must remain seated, use an appropriate indoor voice, and may not touch wax, products, equipment, supplies, or other items in the treatment room. If these guidelines cannot be followed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the applicable cancellation policy may apply. SICK POLICY 🤒 If you are sick, experiencing symptoms, or think you may be coming down with something, please reschedule your appointment. Whenever possible, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. I understand that you may sometimes wake up sick the day of your appointment, so please contact me as soon as possible if that happens. I have little ones at home, so I would much rather get you rescheduled than have you come in sick and risk spreading germs to me, my family, or other clients. 🩷 LATE POLICY ⏰ There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you believe you will be more than 10 minutes late, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the service and my schedule for the day, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late and I have not heard from you, your appointment may be considered a no-show and the applicable no-show fee may be charged. Please remember that arriving late does not guarantee that I will be able to extend your appointment time, as I want to respect the appointments scheduled after yours as well. CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS 📲 Please confirm your appointment when your reminders are sent. You will receive multiple appointment reminders with the option to confirm, reschedule, or cancel if needed. Not confirming does NOT cancel your appointment. Your appointment will remain scheduled unless you cancel or reschedule it. You are responsible for keeping track of your scheduled appointment. I am not required to personally contact you for confirmation in addition to the automated reminders. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the 100% no-show fee may be charged to the card on file. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING 📅 Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% late-cancellation fee. Your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you. Providing adequate notice gives me the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client. NO-SHOW POLICY 🚫 If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted me to cancel or reschedule, your appointment will be considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. If the card on file is declined or I am otherwise unable to collect the applicable fee, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before you may book another appointment. CARD ON FILE & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION 💳 By booking an appointment with Leather & Lace Beauty and agreeing to these policies, you acknowledge and authorize Leather & Lace Beauty to charge the card on file for applicable fees described in these policies, including: * 50% of the scheduled service price for applicable late cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours. * 100% of the scheduled service price for applicable no-shows. By accepting these policies, you authorize applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to your card on file without Leather & Lace Beauty being required to contact you for additional authorization at the time the fee is charged. If the card on file is declined or cannot be charged, any outstanding balance must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked. PAYMENT & CARD ON FILE POLICY 💗 Card payments are subject to a processing fee. To avoid this fee, I also accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash, and cash! A card is required to book, but you are NOT charged at booking! It’s simply kept on file for late cancellations or no-shows fees. You are NOT required to use that card to pay for your service! By booking your appointment and accepting these policies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies and the card-on-file authorization above. ROOM TEMPERATURE ❄️ Please keep in mind that my treatment room stays chilly! Unfortunately, I do not have control over the building’s A/C or the temperature in my room. If you tend to get cold easily, please bring a sweater or jacket with you so you can stay comfortable during your visit. 🩷 FINDING MY SUITE 📍 8940 W Adams Ave, Suite B110 – Room 11 Temple, TX Please enter through the door directly underneath the Suite B110 sign — not the doors to the right. 💕 Once inside, walk all the way down the hallway.
