SICK POLICY Please cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are sick or think you are sick for the safety of everyone. I have little ones at home so id much prefer you reschedule vs coming in and spreading germs and me taking them home to my babies. LATE POLICY 10 min late policy (keep in mind if you are going to be more then 10 mins late to your appt to message me as we may have to reschedule your appointment & will be marked as a no show resulting in a $30 no show fee if I dont hear from you) CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT Please confirm your appointments when reminders are sent out. If appts are not confirmed I will personally reach out once and try to get a confirmation. If the appt still is not confirmed the day of your appt your appt will still remain and if you no show your appt you will be charged the $30 no show fee. RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $20. NO CHILDREN POLICY Please do not bring any children to your appointment unless they are seated and buckled into their stroller or in carseat due to safety reasons. NO SHOW FEE IS $30 I please request if you will need to be rescheduled or need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior so I can try to book another client in that time spot and please respect everyones time.
